After graduating from University with a first-class honours degree, Natalie began her career at Clever. as EA quickly proving herself as an invaluable member of the team; with responsibilities in event planning, design, and support. Since then, she has taken on increasingly senior responsibilities, developing a deep understanding of the business and the needs of its advisers and clients.
In her current role, Natalie oversees the day-to-day operations of the support team, ensuring high standards of service, efficiency, and collaboration across the business. She also works closely with the development team and is responsible for managing projects; in 2024 she achieved a Prince2 qualification.
