Gary Roberts is Finance Director at Clever. with over 30 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management. He started his professional career in 1990 with Kidsons Impey, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, specializing in personal and corporate taxation as well as statutory audit work. Moving into industry, Gary served as Financial Controller for Kemira GrowHow UK Limited and later became the Finance Director of JPCS Limited. In 2008, he co-founded the accountancy practice Business & Tax Solutions Limited, which was sold to Bennett Brooks in 2018.

 

Gary began working with Clever. in 2009 on a part-time basis and became the full-time Finance Director in 2018. He holds the ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) and CTA (Chartered Tax Adviser) qualifications and continues to bring his wealth of expertise to guide Clever.'s financial strategy.
